Library only membership
Information for non-members on how to become a Library-only member, providing access to the loans services and the electronic resources.
The Library is offering a library-only membership, which will allow non-members to benefit from access to loan and other services provided by the Institution's world-class Library.
Cost of library-only membership and services
The library-only membership costs £10 per year for students and £30 per year for others.
The membership package will allow subscribers to borrow books and access electronic content services, such as e-books and e-journals on engineering and IT, free of further charges. Copies of articles and search enquiries can be purchased at member rates.
How to apply
Applications for the library-only membership can be made by downloading and completing the PDF form on the right hand side of this page.
You can of course join the IET and take advantage of an impressive range of products and services in addition to the library, for as little as £12 per year for students.
