Current IET membership fees by category of membership including the IET qualified and registered member fee and ECUK fees.
Standard membership fees from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008

Please note: reduced fees and discounts are available to members in special circumstances. If you wish to apply for a reduced fee, please contact the member and customer service centre.
IET qualified and registered membership fee from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008:
If you are professionally registered, you are required to pay the IET qualified and registered members fee. This rate includes the above standard membership fee.

| IET registered Engineering Technicians | £112.00 |
Engineering Council UK (ECUK) fees from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008:
| Chartered Engineer (CEng) | £27.00 |
| Incorporated Engineer (IEng) | £23.00 |
| Engineering Technician (EngTech) | £13.00 |
Please note: Members who are employed and pay UK income tax, may claim tax relief on subscriptions to periodicals and their membership fees as expenses of their profession.
