Innovation and Emerging Technologies Panel
Providing expert advice and guidance on innovation, new technologies and innovation systems.
The Innovation and Emerging Technologies (IaET) Panel was launched at the end of April 2008, and is now finalising its composition. The Membership will be drawn from experts in the field of innovation. The scope and objectives of the panel have been defined as looking at:
- Converging technologies
- Technologies that span more than one engineering discipline or sector
- Technologies not covered by an existing panel
- Innovation and research systems that act as a focus for technology research
The panel is Chaired by Jeremy Watson, Director, Global Research at Arup.
